Campaign Manager

We are working with a non profit that has undergone significant change and alignment over the past 12 months to ensure the organisation is best positioned to deliver programs and services to meet community needs. Supported by a passionate and driven executive and board you’ll work in a fast paced, changing environment where you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of marketing initiatives as part of the organisation delivering its new strategic plan.
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to join this newly formed marketing team to work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing and the Chanel Development Manager to ensure full end to end campaign management. The purpose of this role is to develop and manage innovative campaign marketing initiatives to support and promote the delivery of the organisation’s programs and services.

• Market Research and Development
• Relationship Management
• Team Leadership and Management
• Systems and Process Management
• Compliance and Reporting
• Budget and Financial Management
To be successful in this role you’ll have a passion for marketing and an understanding of how integrated campaign marketing strategies influence business outcomes. Experience managing a small team and an ability to work collaboratively across teams is essential, as well as developing and implementing effective campaign marketing strategies across multiple programs, services and channels.
A strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices together with analytical and reporting skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns will be essential. The ability to work to deadlines and manage a variety of campaigns simultaneously will be critical to your success in this role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
Relevant industry experience and an understanding or alignment to the NFP sector will be highly regarded as will relevant qualifications in business, marketing or related discipline.
