Campaign Marketing Manager

Our ANZ regional head office in Sydney has a great opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager with excellent project management skills to join a newly formed ANZ Marketing team. You will be part of a dynamic collaborative team creating and executing regional and local marketing campaigns.

This permanent full-time role reports to the Head of Marketing and Digital, and will be responsible for the development and management of two direct reports.

Major responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management and implementation of local and regional marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring every campaign and consumer touchpoint is on brand
• Manage calendar of activities including campaign analysis and reporting
• Provide recommendations for future campaign optimisation
• Develop processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with, and manage, external marketing agency relationships
• Produce and execute campaigns for key destinations (Hong Kong and China)
• Develop initiatives to recruit members to Cathay Pacific’s loyalty program
• Leverage partnerships and databases to ensure maximum customer reach and revenue

We are looking for a positive and adaptable candidate with:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Campaign Management
• Marketing degree or Marketing specific qualifications
• Knowledge of, or experience in, the airline industry is a distinct advantage
• Experience working across the full range of marketing channels
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, monitor, and manage workloads
• People management experience (1+ years’) and the demonstrated ability to foster a productive, supportive and high performing team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
