The Role

This is a new and exciting opportunity to work with the entire marketing team reporting to the Customer Loyalty & Campaign Manager, based in Southbank. You are the tactical marketing expert to implement and deliver campaigns and communications for Australia’s most innovative plant nutrition and sustainable soil health provider supporting our domestic farming communities.

You will achieve this by:

Executing campaigns by strategic planning and ensuring all key deliverables are met and campaign tactics are fully delivered
Demonstrating leadership and an ability to hold broader teams accountable to deliver content through a concise and purposeful calendar of communications and campaigns
Using analytical data and insights to assess campaign performance
Development and management of campaign and communications collateral
Internal employee engagement, tactical and operational customer communications
Website management with scope to assist with social media platforms
Support with marketing administration

About You

Tertiary qualification preferred (e.g. Business or another relevant field)
3 years of professional experience; preferably Commercial, Customer Relations, Marketing and/or Finance
Strong track record of cross functional execution and leading virtual teams
SAP, advanced Excel and design software skills highly desirable
Strong analytical and organisational skills
