We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable Client Experience Manager to come join the NEC family! Working within the Powered division to foster deep relationships with clients, helping brands to execute their big ideas across Nine.
As a Client Experience Manager you will be working collaboratively across different divisions within our business, from content partnerships, through to creative and production to consistently deliver project outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.
With a key focus on client satisfaction, you will take ownership of managing projects through to fulfilment ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with NEC.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
• Responsible for all client communications
• Increase loyalty and customer satisfaction
• Execute client projects efficiently, with great attention to detail
• Looks for opportunities to surprise and delight clients
• Ability to represent the NEC brand to our customers
• Manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
• Demonstrates a positive and professional communication style
• Develop and manage effective relationships with agencies and clients
• Demonstrates proactivity and collaboration
• Participates in and supports a team environment

We are looking for a motivated, relationship focused person that can demonstrate:

• Understanding of the media landscape, and creative process
• Outstanding project management skills with a focus on quality output
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels within the organisation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leaderships qualities
• Ability to solve problems and think proactively
