A bit about the role

You will:
*Be the subject matter expert and lead the delivery of communications, social media, campaigns, media and key partner relations, engagement and reputation management
*Provide coordinated communications advice and champion consumer engagement, customer interaction and channel choice attitude
*Provide robust advice and time-critical coordination for issues/crisis management.
*Collate and analyse statistics, and prepare reports relating to relevant brand and communications project activities and outcomes.
*Identify and prepare content and design briefs for campaigns, media announcements and events, reports and special projects.
*Build positive relationships and coordinate our external partners including creative agencies, designers, writers, Government, influencers, industry guides, media and photographers.
*Give advice on, and facilitate digital content through channels such as search engine, social media and websites.
*Continually explore new communications opportunities and improvements.

We need you to have:
*Previous experience as a communications ‘all-rounder’, including writing, project management, multi-media content coordination and analysis, relationship building, media activity and government relations.
*Excellent written and verbal skills.
*Outstanding attention to detail.
*Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced and changing environment.
