Our virtual video platform delivers a truly connected experience for patients and experienced and empathetic healthcare providers across a range of specialties, including cosmetic dermatology & dietetics (more coming soon!). Designed and delivered by doctors, nurses, scientists, pharmacists, and Accredited Practising Dietitians, Qr8 is grounded in the best and latest scientific evidence – delivered with warmth and care.

As the Full-Time Communications Manager you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing positive, inviting, and on-brand internal and external communications, from our beautiful Qr8 HQ in Albion, Brisbane.

The Role
You will:

Oversee, create, and proof-read all internal and external communications
(including but not limited to bi-weekly EDMs, blog posts, daily social media posts, video scripts, website copy, virtual events, and the like)
Develop and implement the overall strategic communications campaigns to increase brand awareness, reinforce a positive reputation, and encourage engagement
Develop and implement local, national, and international public relations campaigns
Collaborate with and assist the Qr8 team with key messaging to ensure a consistent brand voice
Execute communication strategies using customer relationship management databases and email direct marketing software and templates

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism
2+ years of demonstrated experience
Adobe Suite skills (essential)
A confident communicator
Strong writing, editing, proof-reading, layout, and design skills
Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends across the media landscape, including digital/social media
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
Experience in startup/healthcare role highly regarded
