Community Manager

THE perfect role for an aspiring Digital and Social enthusiast in an established start-up in the Beauty space who have had enormous success in growing their brands internationally, mainly through e-Commerce channels.

Reporting to a senior Digital Leader, you’ll have responsibility for representing the brand “tone of voice” and actively engaging with the community. With a creative and results-driven approach, you’ll ensure all content is compelling, on brand responsive. Working closely with the Customer Service Team, you’ll also manage social communities and pro-actively identify issues and opportunities for future social content. The role includes general Marketing support such as competitor analysis and helping run events.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong social media skills, strong written communication skills and most importantly ambition, enthusiasm and energy. With a Marketing or Communications degree, you may have completed social media internships and have a working understanding of community management in a fast and dynamic environment. You are also comfortable working in a lean, hands-on start-up environment.

This is a brilliant chance to learn from some amazing mentors – the Founder of the business is highly respected entrepreneur and you’ll also report to a highly credentialed Digital Manager – both of whom are ready and willing to teach and nurture your career. The office is located in the CBD though of course remote working plans are in place currently. The business is growing rapidly with plans to also broaden to a traditional retail model.
