Content Producer

We are seeking a Content Producer to contribute to the invigoration of industries through compelling content. In this newly developed role, you will focus on our Food Portfolio, which encompasses the entire food industry, from manufacturing and processing to hospitality, retail and food service.

As the Content Producer, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to create tailored content pieces that support year-round brand awareness and grow our audiences.

You will also contribute to conference and summit themes, while taking ownership of regular content production (editorial, audio, and video) across our five existing food brand platforms.

Responsibilities
– Take ownership of regular content production, including editorial, audio, and video content, across our food brand platforms.

– Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to understand target audiences and brand objectives.

– Develop a content strategy that aligns with brand and audience segment growth objectives.

– Execute the strategy via creation and production of customised content.

– Research, edit, and proofread a variety of existing content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.

– Deliver content in a fast-paced environment to diverse audiences.

– Support the frequency of web articles, social media posts, edms, newsletters, and other non-campaign communications.

– Ensure high standards of grammar, clarity, and accuracy of all content published via communications channels.

– Contribute to the development of conference and summit programs – advising on trends and themes.

– Utilise research and customer insights to enhance conference programs.

– Attend relevant events to keep abreast of trends and challenges in the food industry.

– Liaise with PR agency on the alignment of content and PR strategies to support brand objectives.

– Work with Marketing & Digital department on the relevant and timely publication of content.

– Communicate and engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders and partners.

Desired Skills and Experience

– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a copywriting or content marketing role.

– Experience in food industry a must.

– Ability to influence and experience working cross functionally.

– Strategic thinker with a proactive and self-starting approach.

– Meticulous attention to detail.

– Excellent research and customer insight utilisation abilities.

– Proficient communication and engagement skills with senior-level stakeholders and partners.

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

– Experience in planning and creating branded editorial content, including written features, podcasts, webinars, and conference streams.

– Be well connected and on the pulse of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to content production and SEO.

– Monitor and analyze content performance, using metrics and feedback to continually improve future initiatives.

– Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, topics, and emerging issues for content creation and conference programming.
