YOUR NEW ROLE

The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the relationship management and contractual performance of key Food and Beverage Operators. This role will ensure the operator contracts are managed efficiently and effectively to align with strategic goals of Visitor Experience and Engagement portfolio. SOH food and beverage venues are operated by third parties, whilst our visitors consider their time at SOH as a single experience. A key purpose of the role is therefore to ensure that the operations of SOH and its operators are cohesive and that the visitor experience is both seamless and of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities of this role are to ensure the implementation of compliant procedures, standards and service strategies in line with SOH guidelines and service agreements. This position works with the operator to ensure key performance indicators such as menu concepts, service style and concepts are constantly changed and enhanced. This role is a conduit between the operator and all internal SOH departments and requires advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position is suitable for a passionate, dedicated and experienced food and beverage or contract management professional with a strong operational background ready to further develop their contract management skills.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

* Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience in middle or senior management
* Financial management knowledge and experience
* An understanding of how to implement projects and business strategies
* Problem solving and conflict management skills
* Experience and ability to work and collaborate well with peers, executive management and directors
* Experience in commercial contract management an advantage
