This excellent temporary to permanent opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Coordinator to join this Advertising agency.

This Advertising power house are looking for a fantastic Office Manager/ Front of House Coordinator for a temporary to permanent opportunity. Our client is looking for a high energy candidate with a proactive nature that will fit into a creative environment. This is a fast paced office and you will need strong communication skills and initiative to manage the front of house and reception area whilst assisting the team with adhoc duties.
Role responsibilities:
• Answer phone – pass on calls to staff, e mail messages
• Receive paperwork/parcels from couriers and hand to relevant staff
• Sort and distribute mail
• Book meeting rooms
• Event management
• Travel coordination
• Diary management
• Meet and greet clients
• Data entry
• Coordinate Back of House support
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
• Have working knowledge across Mac for work and Google Applications
• Have a proactive mind set
• An articulate attention to detail
