They have defined some of the world’s most iconic brands successfully through listening to their clients and gaining a deep understanding of what makes them special. They are constantly innovating, testing, building and making, to discover what’s special about their clients.

Now on to you. You must be on a continual quest for truth. Using your well-oiled tools, you’ll be doing research, assisting with the design and running of workshops, liaising with stakeholders and collaborating with creative and the ideation process. You have outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.

Your ability to drive behaviour change, engage and inspire, to help businesses express their vision and story to the world, is what makes you special. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, from authoring brand strategy, defining tone of voice and writing principles, through to executing across a breadth of channels. You’ll be guided by the best in the industry in brand strategy.

Your natural curiosity for what goes on around you triggers your inspiration and arms you with the ability to create seriously beautiful brand copy. Articulate, honest and to the point in your approach to strategy and copy, your optimism, positive energy and willingness to try new methodologies is infectious. With an interest in new tech, products and design, you love being you and get excited by what you do outside of work. In other words, your unique point of view and personal stories are what make you special. Lastly, you are the humble type.
