Lead and nurture a dynamic collective of creative brains in our newly built in house content studio.
Cosy in with Marketing, CX, UX and digital teams to build and deliver on strategies that exceed Latitudes goals and aspirations
Light up the Latitude brand story for all customers, stakeholders and partners through creativity, inspired ideas and emerging channels.
Manage and energise stakeholders across the business, clarify requirements, deliver breakthrough creative and utilise analytics and insights to re creative and deliver better every time.

Let’s talk about you!
Experimenter, creator and people person, you’ll have previous experience in a creative direction type role, a combination of agency and in-house would be helpful.

Wow us with your extensive experience in directing and owning the creative process, marketing, graphic design, brand development.
Adaptable to a broad range of outputs including traditional and digital and an understanding of how these work together.
Experience in leading creative strategy development and execution
People leader, nurturer and grower. Not just your team, but those around you.
