Creative Group Head, Art

A slightly different kind of agency, one that focuses more on B2B than your traditional agency. The work is good and the people are terrific, which means the culture is positive, collaborative and very forward-thinking. This is an intelligent agency with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional creative solutions for their clients, mostly but not limited to the Financial Services sector. However, this doesn’t mean that you need to have financial services experience. In fact, it would be quite refreshing if you don’t. We’d like you to see this opportunity as a challenge to try something different. The leadership in this agency is really strong, nurturing and encouraging.

As a natural conceptual creative, an Art Based Creative Group Head, you’ll be responsible for maintaining happy clients and top quality creative work. You’re an idea generator, confident working across advertising and marketing campaign development with exceptional digital knowledge. Whilst you’ll be the Creative Lead, you also enjoy being hands on when it comes to the craft, working closely with the team and owning projects from start to finish.

Integrated, often digital first, their clients are keen to see great creative and strategic solutions to their problems. With exciting ideas, excellent communication and beautiful execution, you’re hardworking with the desire to take the initiative, and you enjoy being proactive and thinking laterally. Your curious mind will prompt your research and strategic skills and you enjoy presenting both internally and to clients. Above all, you’re a natural when it comes to dealing with people at all levels; you’re inspiring, honest and have integrity.

This opportunity is seriously a great one when it comes to culture and a great work life balance. We’d like to see modern thinkers, digital natives and just great award-winning creatives.
