Creative Lead / Junior CD – Experiential/Activations

We are looking for a vibrant EXPERIENTIAL / ACTIVATIONS based Creative Lead or JUNIOR Creative Director to take this agency’s work to the next level.

You’ll join a tight-knit, passionate, talented team where you’ll be given lots of autonomy and opportunity for growth.

You’ll be learning and growing your skill set every day, working alongside the best of the experiential agency world; workshopping ideas with people who’ll happily impart their wisdom with you.

And the pay? Pretty damn good at $100-125K including superannuation, pending experience.

ARE YOU KEEN?

– 3+ years of experience working on EXPERIENTIAL / EVENT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS / ACTIVATIONS
– Your folio will demonstrate the creation of PHYSICAL and interactive mind-blowing ACTIVATIONS / LIVE EXPERIENCES that have touched the customer’s senses and captured their loyalty
– Senior Art Director / Creative Lead / Junior CD in seniority with HANDS-ON DESIGN EXPERIENCE
– Capable of multi-channel thinking at a conceptual level i.e. starting with a LIVE EXPERIENCE and layering on ideas for social extensions/ digital elements/apps/film etc
– Practical of budget consideration/challenges and used to finding solutions to lean budgets
– Finger on the pulse when it comes to local and global trends and innovations in this space
– Known for being a true creative spark in your team; pushing boundaries and possessing a strong and considered POV
