With 5 years’ experience, a portfolio of great work that you are proud of, a real hunger to learn and a positive attitude, you should be confident in the following:
– Firstly your ability to come up with fantastic ideas that can be realised.
– The ability to work collaboratively as a team (with previous experience together).
– Experience across all media channels, including but not limited to: new media, TV, social, experiential and integrated campaigns.
– Great crafting skills in your respective disciplines (Art and Copy)
– A curious mind and a desperate hunger for more awards than you may already have.

This opportunity will help you achieve your goals providing there is a genuine desire to listen and learn. You’ll be under the leadership of a highly successful and well-awarded ECD who will challenge you, push you outside your comfort zone and reward you for your efforts. There’s also a support network of talented people with vast experience ranging from Creatives, Producers and Account Service to Strategy, across both Sydney and Melbourne offices. The Copywriter must be a storyteller and a wordsmith. The Art Director must also have top design skills and the ability to bring ideas to life aesthetically. Combined, you are a super team ready for a step up and your next challenge.
