CRM Campaign Manager

Does data flow through your veins? Unhealthy obsession with customer journey mapping? Started incorporating “test and learn” into your daily conversations ? Then this fabulous role is your dream come true!

You’ll be working in an established, highly successful digital business which provides an online comparison platform across different industries. Working closely with the specialist General Manager, you’ll develop customer-centric strategies designed to optimise cross-sell between the various services. Driven by data insights, you’ll generate sophisticated customer journey mapping and then execute multi-channel campaigns, measuring responses to provide learnings for ongoing activity. You’ll leverage Marketing Automation platforms, and work closely with an Analyst, Creative resources and a Call Centre team. As a newly created role, there’s a strong emphasis on commercial outcomes and delivering measurable results.

To thrive in this role you’ll need at least two years specialist CRM experience, ideally in a services industry. You’ll need to be super detailed and organised, with a thorough knowledge of CRM principles, customer journey mapping and segmentation and targeting. Exposure to Marketing Automation platforms and familiarity with the digital landscape would be a big advantage.
