They are a Demand Creative Partners working across all platforms with a clear customer journey strategy and we are looking for a CRM Account Manager to join them, from the point of intrigue, through an inform stage, close of sale and delivery of the on-going relationship.
Reporting to Client Services Director, the Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing Client Partner relationships and workflows – working collaboratively to help define briefs, develop ideas and deliver effective and innovative solutions, taking a leading role all CRM / Digital strategy. The work is largely e-CRM and therefore the SAM must have a strong background in selling and delivering technical digital CRM solutions. The SAM must have experience of CRM Strategy, Creative origination, Social and Analytics. Digital Platform experience would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in producing successful 360 integrated campaigns with experience with film content also.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and amplify the email communication channel as the driver of the CRM initiatives
Execute campaigns from an ad hoc promotional standpoint, ensuring the right brand message is delivered
Drive the CRM strategy to align with our lifecycle marketing goals
Work effectively across multiple functions within the business
Align with external partners to ensure we are utilising best practices within the email marketing space and to push the envelope innovation wise
Utilise our data and the platform’s full potential to deliver the ultimate personalised experience for the customer
The Must Haves:
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Proactive, organized and willing to contribute to the overall CRM strategy
Being a team player is essential, as collaboration forms the core of delivering our strategies
Salesforce marketing cloud skills are looked upon favourably
Testing and learning are also a key part of the role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritisation and time management skills
A keen collaborator, true team player and ability to take feedback on board
