CRM Specialist

A young and ambitious team focused on creative and effective brand experience is looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join their growing team. This team have enjoyed tremendous growth since their inception and have teams based across Melbourne, Sydney with a view to further global expansion.

Located in either the Melbourne or Sydney office, this role will focus on developing customer life-cycle campaigns founded on data-insights for leading Australian and global brands. You will use your knowledge of email marketing, automation platforms and personalisation to structure campaigns that enhance customer experience and deliver effective results across email, social and mobile channels.

In this role you’ll work with a cross functional team of strategists, creatives, UX specialists, developers and analysts and work as part of team specialised in CRM. Your background may include agency or client side experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo) and can demonstrate how brands can utilise these tools to drive engagement and performance. You can create customer journeys, have knowledge of best practice email campaign development and can prepare reports and analysis that ensure your campaigns are reviewed, monitored and optimised for improvement.

Ideally you have 3+ years’ experience working within marketing automation, CRM or email marketing roles and can build effective relationships with clients, suppliers and your internal teams. This is a creative and entrepreneurial environment with sights set on continued growth and international offices opening in the near future.
