Customer Engagement Manager

Are you a go-getter who wants to roll their sleeves up and make a real difference in a start-up like environment? This leading Australian based Investment Management company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to develop the strategy and structure for customer engagement across digital, CRM and social. You’ll have plenty of experience with marketing automation and lead generation campaigns, and will be comfortable segmenting customers and messaging to drive optimal engagement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck in and really help develop an eco-system to drive customer engagement. A go getter who wants to roll their sleeves up, work hard, make a massive difference to the organisation and marketing team and have fun whilst doing it.

Establish infrastructure for cross channel lead generation, and nurture campaigns
Test messaging and campaigns and using learnings to influence future activity
Work closely with sales, legal and research to own the subscription process/ website opt-in, to better manage customer data
Help develop the strategy for how to drive lead gen for a direct to consumer digital investment platform
Work closely with the marketing technologist to set up form downloads online
Work with media and creative to create the strategy and structure for customer engagement across social assets, monitoring traffic and applying learnings for future campaigns
Work with sales and marketing around the Olivia platform
Take responsibility for the marketing automation platform and make recommendations on future platform choice
Create campaigns in Marketo, some eDM coding may be required
Understand the importance of segmentation of messages and be able to suggest strategies to drive relationships
Build lists from the automated system and work with our BDM’s to ensure accuracy and breadth of opportunity
About you:
Strategic and analytical, with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong marketing automation and analytics experience
Great multi-tasker and strong attention to detail
The ability to engage with people at all levels and across multi-disciplines
Enjoy working in a flat structure with no hierarchy
Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellence
A creative thinker who likes to push for something ‘different’
Knowledge of Marketo would be advantageous
