Our client is a recognised leader in services relating to audit, economics, financial advisory, human capital, tax and technology.

About the partnership

In partnership with CPM, our Client has established a new venture that reinvents how professional services is delivered and experienced. It is focussed on “productising” the client’s service offerings for a broader Australia enterprise market. These innovative product offerings will enable customers/clients to effectively “self-serve” through a web portal. Our Client has also established a product which helps companies in Australia to understand, measure and improve the wellbeing of their organisation which is ready to be actively promoted throughout Australia.

About the role

Business Development is a key component to this role; however we also require successful candidates to make an impact through providing an exceptional customer experience and post-sales support. In addition, your ability to gather market intelligence and provide analysis that supports ongoing success of the solution is also required.

Working in a team, you will be the face of this exciting venture and will be our first point of contact with customers and prospects. The goal is to utilise your extensive consultative selling experience to develop awareness among our target clients in distinctive market segments. Success for you and for us will also come from your passion behind the solution, your detailed knowledge of the products and how well you can build meaningful and relevant relationships with clients.

In this role, you will;

• Follow a strategic/consultative sales process
• Target Decision Makers – C-level, Marketing Heads, Head of Sales, Product Specialists
• Target Markets – Consumer Business, Energy & Resources, Telco, Media & Technology and Financial Services
• New business development including:
o Daily phone based meetings
o Company research / prospecting
o Ongoing phone based product support
o Internal and external stakeholder management
o Product development and feedback

About you

To be successful, you will also have the following attributes
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Be adaptable in approach and able to problem solve for customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Be driven to source and connect with “C” level contacts
• HR, Risk or Compliance (highly regarded)
• Self-motivated and a positive attitude
