Customer Success Manager – Data Store

The IdentityLink™ Data Store makes it easy to buy and sell a wide variety of valuable data—all with a single contract. With our extensive network of platform integrations, data owners can easily make their data accessible, and buyers are able to find the exact data they need to reach their target audience and improve their understanding of consumers.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Platforms, you will;
• Manage and grow some of our largest and most strategic accounts
• Own the day-to-day relationship with existing and new Platform/Data Partners in ANZ; leading regular interactions and updates (eg. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) for renewal and upsell opportunities
• Drive new and existing Data Store demand from Agency, Brand, Publisher and Platform partners.
• Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing (locally and globally) to develop program solutions that expand and deepen these relationships
• Build roadmaps for our customers that will include Marketing initiatives and Product milestones.
• Measure and report on an account’s achievement of critical and key performance indicators and share these findings with the APAC leadership team.
• Identify new opportunities where LiveRamp can add value to our partners
• Support technology innovations for programmatic advertising.
• Be a brand ambassador and represent LiveRamp at industry events

• 3-4 years of experience managing customer accounts at SAAS, AdTech or MarTech companies.
• Customer relationship and strategic account management experience a plus.
• AdTech and data marketplace/exchange experience preferred.
• Great communication skills both internally and externally.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels, including C-suite. Independent and self-sufficient.
• Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
