Customer Success Manager | Media Tech | $100- $110Kinc

You’ll be working on a new media tech platform, set to change the way advertisers and media publishers interact. Your role is to lead the interaction with customers, explaining the product and technology, onboarding them onto the platform and streamlining the process for them. You’ll deal at senior levels with media agencies, creative agencies and media organisations across TV, radio and outdoor. You’ll shape processes and systems, and be responsible for driving constant innovation through customer feedback and insights. You’ll manage a small team, with a plan to grow and develop this team further as the business expands. Working directly with senior management, you’ll also play a key role in shaping the culture of the business and are encouraged to add value beyond your remit.

Ideally you’ll have at least five years’ experience in a role incorporating customer service in a media/advertising environment, with some exposure to media traffic systems. You’ll be comfortable in an entrepreneurial, agile business and have an affinity with new technology. A positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must!
