ActewAGL’s marketing team are looking for a creative person with bold ideas who is all about Design and Creative Content. Your day will be dedicated to the creation of scroll-stopping content for Canberra’s most iconic brand. Your quality design work is vital to the success of our various marketing campaigns.

A bit about the role

You will:
*Plan, create and produce on-point customer-centric marketing content, including design and creative assets.
*Design engaging, contemporary and accurate content that amplifies strategic priorities in a competitive market.
*Develop a distinct, cohesive and authentic ActewAGL marketing look and feel.
*Adapt and refine assets to span a wide range of ATL/BTL channels, activities, collateral and products.
*Continually build and optimise content across all digital platforms/channels.
*Distil complex technical information to visually convey key messages to various audiences.
*Identify and evaluate content opportunities and industry trends to shape future campaigns and marketing initiatives.
*Build positive working relationships across the business as well as collaborating with our external partners such as agencies, media, producers, organisations, Government, influencers and industry experts to identify and produce quality content to communicate business objectives.
*Continually track and measure marketing content activity and results to deliver accurate, timely and relevant reporting and analysis.

We need you to have:
*Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and significant graphic design, marketing and communications experience.
*Excellent creative, design and production skills spanning a variety of marketing and promotional assets and channels for a range of audiences.
*Demonstrated experience in creating multichannel marketing content.
*Comprehensive understanding of appropriate design execution for both traditional and digital marketing assets.
*Deep appreciation of all facets of brand standards and design principals.
*Experience in collaborating with internal teams, and external partners such as creative/brand agencies, media suppliers, designers and printers.
*Demonstrated and extensive experience with Adobe Design Suite.
