Digital Account Coordinator

At the National Rugby League (NRL) we’re very proud of our game and the impact it has on players, fans, commercial partners, communities and all involved.

We’re a diverse group of people who work closely with sponsors/partners to ensure mutual success of our organisations and the products we deliver. As a business we also use the power of sport to drive positive social change in communities. Our programs help raise awareness to many issues, including mental health, domestic violence and Indigenous affairs. To us, it’s much more than a game of footy and our employees are much more than a number.

We’ve established a fantastic commercial team that has delivered some outstanding results. We’re innovative, work collaboratively and are currently looking for a high-performing Digital Account Co-ordinator to join us on our journey.

Working across a variety of premium brands, the goal of the Digital Account Co-ordinator is to support the team through campaign planning, responding to support queries, generating reports as well as a host of other campaign management duties.

This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to learn about the digital advertising industry and offers great professional development opportunities. We are looking for people with 1-2 years of experience.
The ideal person for this role will be self-motivated, energetic and have an eye for detail. You’ll be highly organised, proactive and share the NRL’s beliefs that we are United, Positive, Inclusive and Disciplined.

You will ideally be working in or have worked in a similar role previously, having most likely worked in a digital agency, publisher or in-house marketing team. Along the way you would have learnt a few things about digital advertising campaigns and Ad Tech, and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is desired but not essential.

Work perks include: flexible hours, free tickets to games, discounts at corporate partners, work from home opportunities and a family-friendly work environment.

Knowledge of Rugby League is great, however not essential for this role. For us it’s more about attitude, work ethic and aligning with our organisations beliefs. Should you meet these as well as experience in a similar position we would love to receive your application.

The NRL is a child-safe organisation committed to providing a safe place for all children to learn and have fun. We have strong recruitment procedures to make sure the safest and most suitable people work with us and require all applicants to undergo an extensive screening process prior to appointment, a process that will include, but is not limited to comprehensive reference checks, an identity check, “Working with Children” checks and/or national criminal history checks.
