Digital Account Director – Marketing Solutions

Big Wave Digital is thrilled to be in partnership with this well-known and stand-out full service B2B Marketing Firm. With services covering performance marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, strategy, content and analytics, they truly are a force to be reckoned with. Currently, we are on the hunt for a passionate digital marketer, with solid commercial acumen and client servicing skills to manage and grow a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

The role will see you working with Enterprise accounts and defining digital marketing goals, working with key stakeholders on business objectives and project managing the integration of marketing solutions. You’ll have an existing portfolio to manage and grow, plus have the remit of prospecting and closing new business.

Day to day duties will include:
Management of client relationships, consulting with your partners across all areas of marketing
Business Development, prospecting new enterprise accounts, presenting solutions to “heads of departments” and C-Level personnel
Service delivery, project management of digital solutions across the business, managing projects to strict timelines and set budgets
Mentoring and leading junior account services staff within the business

Where have you been?
Ideally, you’ll come from a commercially focused marketing position (BDM, Sales Exec, Account Director) where you’ve had to sell complex digital or SaaS solutions
You may have worked within a marketing automation business, or digital marketing agency and had to consult to enterprise brands, and really identify bespoke solutions to solve complex issues.
Perhaps you’ve worked in a sales capacity for a SaaS or MarTech firm and now looking for more seniority in your role
