Digital Account Manager

TWC has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. Being passionate about all things digital is a must, and you’ll use your excellent management skills to develop strategies for some of the biggest beauty and lifestyle brands in the world.

You will be pivotal in leading successful day-to-day business as a key client contact and will work collaboratively across the agency to set client strategy and encourage innovative thinking from the wider TWC team (creative, content and production).

You’ll be the go-to person providing impeccable service to our clients on a day-to-day basis. This includes anything from nurturing existing relationships to translating their expectations into strategy and sourcing opportunities for growth. You will play a central role in ensuring all activity is delivered on time, to brief and within budget.

A day in the life:
> Take a lead role on key accounts, building relationships with clients from strategy and concept ideation through to execution of campaigns.
> Manage and grow existing client accounts by helping to create and deliver social media campaigns as well as digital strategies.
> You will manage and optimise paid social campaigns, reporting back to clients and colleagues. Strong use of analytics, monitoring what’s working and where improvements can be made is essential.
> Expertly balance the demands of multiple clients, accounts and strategies.
Work with team to brainstorm innovative ideas to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement.

What you are:
> A confident self-starter who’s quick to adapt, willing to learn, works well under pressure (deadlines can be tight!) and retains a level head and sense of humour throughout.
> Well-versed in liaising and presenting to clients as well as delivering communication strategies and content.
> Client account management and ability to communicate with and manage multiple stakeholders, providing first class service to our clients as well as delivering quality and innovative solutions.
> Campaign/project management and the ability to take ownership over delivery of client work from briefing to reporting.
> Proficient with paid social media, from planning to execution and reporting, with the ability to think at a strategic level for channel consideration and how they work together for brands.
> Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships.

You’ll bring:
> Minimum 3+ years in a social media, creative or design agency role.
> Well-spoken and great at interacting with people, both online and offline.
> Exceptional attention to detail – we’re all perfectionists in here and looking for detail-focused folks to join us.
> Education to degree level or equivalent.
