Digital Account Manager

And we’ve been growing since we’ve joined the CBS family with strong investment in our digital content and platforms, 10 Play, 10 Daily, 10 All Access, and 10 Speaks.

We’re continuing to build a talented, specialist Digital sales team and we’re looking for experienced Account Managers to drive digital revenue and market development for Network 10.

Purpose of the role:

The Digital Account Manager will be embedded within the Platform Sales team and be responsible for driving the digital revenue of long & short form video inventory as well as display and mobile inventory across the AU market. This role will have a strong focus on digital sales and aiding in the adoption & uptake of the Network 10 platform-agnostic strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

Driving monthly and quarterly digital revenue to meet & exceed targets
Focusing on being in-market attending agency & client meetings
Responding to agency and client briefs in a timely and effective manner
Identifying, prioritizing and translating key business requirements into projects with the goal of maximizing revenue
Cultivating an extensive understanding of Network 10 brands & products
Working closely with the Sales Assistants to ensure accurate media schedules are provided to Network 10 clients
Managing and maintaining a solid business pipeline
Focusing on developing client relationships to optimize revenue across all brands with the 10 network

These things describe you:

You have a proven track record in digital media with a focus on developing relationships, servicing digital agencies and key clients
An energetic self-starter who has a deep understanding of the digital media landscape across AU
You’re motivated by business development and achieving targets
You’re a confident and friendly communicator with a strong customer service focus
You understand how to cultivate and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
You love an audience and have excellent presentation skills and lots of experience constructing documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals

You’ll get extra brownie points for:

Having a min 3+ years of digital media experience
Strong agency/buyer relationships
A passion for television
