Digital Account Manager – DCO | Luxury retailer & fast food brand | Creative advertising agency | Up to $90k inc

This digital creative advertising agency has been awarded ADnews Employer of the Year, and is now looking for a Digital Account Manager, specialising in DCO + automation, to work across two big brands

The opportunity:

– Will be the day to day go to team member for managing and delivering our DCO campaigns
– The Digital Account Manager will ensure all internal, client and partner agency stakeholders are engaged successfully from strategy through to dispatch.
– Can confidently lead a DCO campaign from strategy, operations, template design, production, and dispatch
– Collaborates with creative partners, creative technologists, and strategy teams throughout the conceptual process; to consider creative integrity as well as technical feasibility of work presented to client.
– Able to unpack proposed DCO strategy into a messaging matrix and creative brief to ensure volume of variants and variations across them are being accounted for.
– Understands how a templated approach works to ensure data driven creative can be rendered at scale, without the need for bespoke amends / tweaks
– Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of DCO and automation campaign implementation
– Lead day to day relationships with internal teams, project managers, producers, media planners and DCO specialist agencies to ensure timelines are adhered to and expectations are managed
– Can confidently present both digital and DCO creative concepts, template masters and roll out proposals to the client

About you:
You will be either an established Digital Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager who’s had strong experience in Digital projects

You will have experience with:
– Ideally 3 years minimum creative agency, digital specialist agency and/or media background could be suitable.
– A strong understanding of digital account management, DCO, programmatic and/or automation.
– Experience delivering DCO campaigns from a creative or media buy perspective
– Experience with specialist DCO vendors favorable, however not a must-have. For instance, Flashtalking, Adylic, Innovid, Smartly, adZU.
– Understanding of templated and data driven creative requirements
– Proven experience being effective with strong project management.
– Great client skills with proven experience in selling concepts to clients
– Strong knowledge of marketing through digital channels and web design processes
– Be highly numerate and organized, strong attention to detail
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
– Remains calm and deliberate with work-related stress or by opposition from others.
– Is passionate and energetic with outside interests and hobbies.
