Digital Activation Executive

About the role
The Dan Murphy’s Digital Marketing team is seeking a Digital Activation Executive who is passionate about retail and ecommerce. This is a hands-on role, responsible for implementation and management of our digital ecommerce strategies to help our business meets its sales objectives through innovative and creative digital marketing solutions. You will work with our creative team to develop and design best practice for digital marketing across social media, native and programmatic display, as well as providing actionable insights to the business that allow for continuous improvement.

In addition you will:
Provide day to day management on all digital activity from campaign launch, optimisation and reporting.
Deliver valuable insight and optimization recommendations through regular reporting
Ensuring the proper technical setup & troubleshooting of digital campaigns
Work with our creative team to develop design best practice for all digital marketing across all channels
Work with the Brand Marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels
Manage, set up and troubleshoot internal reports in Google Data Studio
Deliver valuable insight and optimization recommendations through regular reporting
Maintain Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) or monthly BAU reporting across all digital channels
Articulate and coordinate the appropriate performance metrics to analyze digital success of marketing campaigns and inform continuous improvement

About you
You will be motivated, highly organised and enjoys the challenge of working in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will be an expert in Search, Programmatic Display & Video, Social, Affiliate, Native and other forms of media that drive direct, quantifiable results for our digital marketing efforts.

In addition you:

E-Commerce and/or marketing degree or other relevant qualifications
A minimum 1-2 years digital marketing experience managing digital projects and campaigns from end to end
A minimum 1-2 years hands on SEM, programmatic display/video, social and affiliate experience
Current certification across Google & Bing DSPs, preferably with DSP’s & other channels
Ability to structure channels, accounts & campaigns and optimize keywords, bid strategy, targeting & creative to deliver remarkable results.
Experience using digital channels and technologies across:
Search platforms like DoubleClick Search
DSP platforms like DoubleClick Bid Manager and Adobe Ad-cloud
AdServing platforms like DoubleClick Campaign Manager
Performance media channels like AdWords, Bing, Affiliates
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite especially Excel
A love of brands, a curious mindset and passion for digital innovation
Excellent project management experience with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
