About the Job
“By developing strong relationships with our strategic partners, we can deliver even more effective strategies to advise, educate and engage our members”. This is the key purpose of our Employer Marketing team and the Digital Channel Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving this.

As the Digital Channel Manager, you will lead and drive the strategic direction of the employer digital marketing channel. You will work collaboratively with the business to develop and deliver digital solutions across multi-channel, integrated marketing and communications programs to track employer engagement and retention to achieve our strategic goals. By joining our Employer Marketing team, you will be part of a team that will change the way that we digitally engage with our partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

• End to end digital development of systems and solutions, including but not exclusive to business case development, scoping, UX and testing, content strategy, design, build and implementation, plus ongoing maintenance as required
• Ensure compliance, compatibility and integration within our digital ecosystem, legacy systems and supplier networks
• Translate the business’ requirements into technical scope and detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and supplier briefs and delivery expectations
• Development and delivery of digital campaigns in accordance with strategy and shared company and business unit goals
• Responsible for the implementation of customer journey optimisation and UX for digital advice and education
• Responsible for tracking and managing continuous improvement process for our digital service propositions and solutions
• Develop, manage and grow internal stakeholder relationships to deliver digital solutions to support strategic

About You
You are a passionate and experienced digital marketing professional keen to join an organisation to make a difference. With experience either on corporate or agency side, you will bring extensive knowledge in driving band awareness and engagement through various digital channels. You will demonstrate strengths in leading and influencing managed service providers to deliver the best solutions possible, ensuring our brand integrity is retained.

Your understanding of SEO methodologies and analytics will be essential in setting up appropriate strategies to engage with our audience. You possess sophisticated communication skills to manage stakeholders appropriately as you track, evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness and success.
Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, digital, advertising or related discipline is essential as is experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably financial services or superannuation.
