Digital & CRM Marketing Manager

Our office overlooks Coolangatta beach, if you’re considering a relocation to sunny Queensland and are passionate about marketing, this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing and supported by the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager drives the Digital Marketing strategy agenda and supports the campaign marketing team in their go-to-market efforts in digital channels.

This role will build, maintain and evolve a digital ecosystem that support our corporate business and brand objectives.

What’s involved?

Driving the short-term and long-run Digital Marketing strategy agenda
Designing and managing all aspects of Digital Marketing campaigns and activities including; websites, email, social media, content, and display advertising to support the businesses customer acquisition and nurture strategies.
Overseeing social media channels management; Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram with the support of the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Creating relevant digital executions of acquisition campaigns including landing pages, forms, paid digital advertising, social, content, integrated into CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
Driving content production, in line with the content strategy, for articles and videos with goal to increase leads, build profile, educate clients; and manage content distribution and amplification through digital channels.
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights.
Developing and monitoring Digital Marketing budgets.
Continuously reinventing and improving our processes and ways of working.
The boxes you will tick:

As an expert digital marketer, you are a creative artist but also dominate the science behind the scenes.
You have strong experience in web, CRM and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions, .net CMS’s).
You have a sound understanding of SEO/SEM/Content Marketing.
Your Marketing degree and 5 years’ experience in a similar role will help you succeed.
‘We’ll make it happen’ is your day-to-day statement and you are a self-starter.
Building and maintaining social media presence and campaigns in different channels is one of your strengths.
You have a strong analytical mind and use data as your super power to make decisions and influence key stakeholders.
Working and collaborating with others is your way to go, valuing their opinions and contributions.

You can bring your front end coding skills to the table – CSS, HTML and Javascript.
