We’re a leading customer engagement agency based in Redfern, looking for a Digital Design Lead who is a gun mentor. It’s an amazing opportunity to work within a highly talented creative team on some of the world’s leading brands.

You’ll get the opportunity to mentor and lead UX/UI designers, collaborate with art directors, illustrators and writers to deliver outstanding digital solutions that are used on a global scale. The working environment is fun, social and engaging, in a warehouse-style office space that is full of natural light.

The role is to:
• Elevate user requirements to create ideal customer journeys across multiple platforms
• Lead the team to design and deliver experiences that meet clients briefs and deadlines
• Work closely with dynamic team on an iterative, live process
• Lead the charge to plan and manage large web builds and integrated campaigns with best practice customer experience
• Work alongside UX designer to create wireframes for websites, large volumes of content, e-commerce sites, some in multiple languages
• Create test and learn plans to ensure outputs with options for continuous improvements
• Have hands on UX and UI design skills

You will have:
• At least 7 years UX/UI experience across real projects with relevant tertiary-level qualifications
• Intimate knowledge of best practice customer journeys, before during and after a website build
• Ability to create low fidelity prototypes as proof of concept with explanation
• Knowledge of designing mobile first and for accessibility
• Ability to work with UX, UI designers and developers to ensure front end animation
• Software skills: Sketch and Invision, familiarity with user testing tools like Hotjar, Optimal Workshop and Mouse Flow
• Be efficient with good time management
• Strong attention to detail and hunger to push creative boundaries
