Digital Director – 2IC

The role:

– Alongside the Head of Digital, help design and excute the digital product and strategy across the business
– Operational lead to develop and execute tech stack including bringing programmatic in house
– Work across all facets of digital from data, content and analytics to production, social and media planning/buying
– Provide digital thought leadership and training, including mentoring and coaching staff

What you will need:

– Minimum 5-10 years experience in digital media, LOCAL experience ideal
– Experience managing junior members of staff
– Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape and knowledge of the technology that powers this
– Strong relationships with Tech vendors and good understanding of programmatic
– Experience with planning tools (e.g. Nielsen Answers) ad-servers and measurement tools (e.g. Nielsen OBE).
– Strong presentation and client management skills
