NAC Media Group is seeking an experienced, motivated pro-active and exceptional Digital Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering results, be self-motivated and have exceptional time management skills. Excellent fashion and lifestyle media contact and relationships are key to the role, combined with an extensive knowledge of the Australian media landscape, digital media and are passionate about communications.

As the digital manager in the agency you will report day to day to the Communications Director who will oversee the agency’s digital strategy and offering to clients with the CEO and Founder overarching. The Digital Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital and talent campaigns that promote a client and its product and enhance brand awareness in the digital space. In addition to this the Digital Manager will work in an account management capacity across a remit of clients to execute National PR & Communications Strategy,

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify influencer opportunities for brand promotion.
• Contact and build relationships with influencers / digital media.
• Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to digital strategies.
• Identifying digital only, digital led and multi-platform solution opportunities within the group portfolio.
• Liaise with clients regarding digital strategy and content.
• Develop recommendations / proposals for clients to further expand influencer / digital campaigns.
• Developing strong relationships that lead to uncovering digital opportunities for the clients.
• Execute and manage digital programs for the clients.
• Driving digital knowledge, championing NAC digital platforms and educating the team in insights, trends, innovation and industry news from Australia and International.
• Integrating client briefs and uncovering digital opportunities where possible.
• Overseeing the development of cross platform ideas that complement and magnify client strategies with a focus on those with digital at its heart.
• Assist with social media writing and channel management for clients and company, as needed – may include drafting posts as well as editing and developing and managing social media editorial calendars.
• Support and implementation of National PR & Communications Strategy, inclusive of media relations.
• Support and implementation of dynamic and highly detailed events.
• Support Senior Account Manager / Director (when required).
• Day-to-day client liaison and account management.
• Event management including special events, such as media showings, launches, exhibitions, fashion week shows and sponsorship.
• Coordinate events within client specifications and budgets.
• Coordinate and attend photo shoots when required.
• Conducting client work in progress (WIP) meetings.
• Ability to meet client KPIs, inclusive of completing client reporting and analysis
• Competitive analysis
• Composing press reporting to meet client expectations. Reports include the key components: media contact, account management, editorial evaluation, upcoming editorial and product scans.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Five years’ experience in fashion/ lifestyle public relations and communications industry with specific digital experience
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a dynamic role
• Experience working with integrated PR Communication strategies within national or international brands
• Comprehensive understanding of digital and social media landscape
• Experience in digital & social media strategy and implementation, as well as an interest in digital and emerging technologies
• Tertiary qualified in a Marketing or Communications discipline
• Experience orchestrating brand events, with an eye for detail
• Ability to develop media matrix with support of seniors and implementation
• Natural networker – established relationships with national press/ influencers
• Comprehensive and established national media relationships and contacts
• Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Comprehensive IT skills with Photoshop and InDesign highly desirable
