Digital Marketing Automation Lead (Adobe)

Reporting to the National Digital Manager, in this critical role, you will be responsible for the build and effectiveness of the personalised customer journeys, associated with buying, using and renewing our products.

With the key focus on developing and driving customer attraction and retention strategies the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Owning the architecture, implementation and maintenance of automated marketing processes within Adobe marketing cloud, including Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe analytics.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve lead and conversion targets.
• Playing a key role in business solution design – including planning and leading discovery and solution sessions, gathering stakeholder’s business requirements, developing quality documentation, and designing and presenting tailored marketing automation solutions based on best practices.
• Implementing best practice processes within our Marketing Automation Platform (Adobe) – including lead generation, lead nurturing, journey mapping, lead scoring / qualification and handoff to sales, CRM integration and data integration.
• Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
• Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results.
• Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns to increase effectiveness.
• Developing strategies to deliver ongoing improvement of users online experience through personalised onsite and offsite experiences (including. programmatic and social)
• Conducting regular UX reviews, analytics and research
• Conducting ongoing qualitative market analysis as it relates to digital competitiveness; identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

About you:
• Marketing / Design / Online Channel Management
• Strong experience using marketing automation platforms (Adobe Audience manager, Adobe campaign manager, Adobe analytics) as well as CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynmaics 365 preferred) is a must
• Thorough understanding of business processes, particularly Sales & Marketing processes
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and data (segmentation, database queries, reporting tools)
• Proven track record in Online Channel Optimisation
• Experience with an online Content Management System, and some HTML experience is desirable
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• String analytical and problem skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
