What’s involved…
We are seeking a passionate, highly organised & enthusiastic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Co-ordinator to join our successful, fast paced, friendly team located in Caringbah on a full time basis. You will be working as part of a collaborative team, alongside the Brand Manager, Graphic Designer & Creative Director. Your role will focus on all aspects of B2B & B2C marketing with a strong focus on managing & delivering digital strategy, along with website & social media strategy.
You will be working across the entire creative process, so an ability to provide killer content for website & social, catalogues, EDM’s, product packaging is a must!

You will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with Creative Director & Graphic Designer to develop & create beautiful brand stories as we celebrate 20 years in the Gift & Homewares industry
• E-Commerce content management – managing the customer journey & back end of the BigCommerce platform, updating products, creating content, & writing blogs. Managing & delivering all e-commerce projects
• Collaborating with external web developers to monitor performance & grow company e-commerce site. Managing website updates & improvements
• Collaborating with external digital marketing agencies to manage & deliver engaging digital campaigns, monitoring results & data
• Presenting relevant data for trends, analytics & KPI’s related to e-commerce, social media & marketing campaigns
• Creating refreshing & inspiring copywriting for social, EDM’s, website, printed catalogues & product packaging
• Coordinating online content calendar & schedules for social, EDMs, webslides + blogs in line with new product releases, campaigns & events
• Data base management – maintain & oversee growth of e-commerce data base
• Collaborate with creative team on creation & production of all printed assets
• Effectively liase with internal team on wholesale, retail & e-commerce marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with creative team to run special events – including Trade Fairs
• Coordination of public relations & brand communications
• Proactively monitoring, reviewing & reporting on all marketing activities
• Strong reporting skills – track & report on marketing budgets & results
• Providing general PA / administrative support for the Creative Director

What you will need:
Urban Rituelle is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Co-ordinator who has existing all round marketing knowledge with the following skills and attributes:
• Firsthand experience & extensive knowledge of digital, e-commerce & social media marketing practices, tools and management
• Strong understanding of Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Adwords
• Creativity, with the ability to collaborate with a small team and bring new ideas and fresh concepts to the role
• Experience of Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced level
• Excellent level of written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical ability + a love of attention to detail
• Exceptional planning, forward thinking & time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise workload, with rapidly changing priorities
• Confident self-starter who has the ability to work both autonomously to achieve set goals and thrives on collaboration as part of a close team
• Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline is highly desirable
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
