Digital Marketing Executive

This position is responsible for the creation and implementation of digital campaigns across international and domestic markets. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the development and implementation of digital strategies (incl. organic/paid social, website, email) and online community management, managing engagement and interactivity with the audiences, and developing and implementing integrated digital campaigns locally and internationally.

This role coordinates with the creative and PR team to ensure consistency in voice and cultivating a strong brand position for our clients across all online media; therefore excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments is critical.

Reporting directly to our Senior Account Director and Head of Creative, day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Social Media
• In consultation with the Head of Creative and Senior Account Manager, develops new client strategies incl. undertaking market research and implement online tactical plans
• Independently manages and closely monitors social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms for select clients
• Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content that aligns with the strategy
• Creates strong, brand-infused copy to reinforce the client’s mission and product value
• Produces, analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and measures success of existing social media activities
• Coordinates and schedules content to create a consistent stream of new content for
audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary
• Plans, implements and measures paid social media campaigns
• Handles daily Community Managements incl. encourages and extends conversation with fans and capitalise on topical trends and moments

• Demonstrates strong understanding of Internet marketing specifically online advertising and its inter-relationship with social media, SEM and website development.
• Understands eCommerce and identifies trends and insights
• Develops, implements and measures effective strategy and tactics for eCommerce website (SEO/SEM, UX, etc.) and email
• Writes copy and creates content for landing pages, newsletters, etc.
• Analyses web data (Google Analytics)

Influencer Marketing
• Works closely with the PR team to create and implement influencer marketing strategies and tactics
• Researches and identifies key influencers across all online channels
• Manages Influencer relations, obtain costs and Influencer Lists

Required Qualities
• Driven and highly motivated
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment (agency experience is highly desirable)
• Excellent copywriting skills and eye for detail
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar strategic role
• Strong knowledge of market and digital trends
• A solid understanding of PR is highly desirable
• Experience in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Social Media Reporting Tools, CMS Systems and Mailchimp

Salary bracket $65K – $75K
