Digital Marketing; Social Manager

– $90K – $110K Package
– Agency & in-house mix
– Leadership role

You will be driving the ongoing delivery of all social media content strategy and implementation for a major player in the Australian automotive industry.

The role:

– Strategic planning of content / oversee socially-led brand activity
– Effectively sell social and marketing strategy to key stakeholders
– Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
– Work alongside the CEO, Director of Marketing and the agency Media Director
– Manage all social media from strategy through to community management
– Autonomously drive projects from initiation to completion
– Plan and execute calendars and campaigns
– Produce insights and recommendations
– Manage existing budgets and recommendations regarding ad spend
– Provide thorough, insight-led social reports
– Manage and traffic creative briefs


– Proficient with ads manager, scheduling, reporting and community management best practice
– Excellent grasp of social media, website metrics, current online marketing concepts strategy and best practices
– Strong organisation and project management skills
– You are a stickler for detail – enjoy creating and evolving guidelines
– Process-oriented, a fan of documentation and structure
– Ability to manage up and negotiate
– Proficient in Facebook Blueprint, Google Garage, Ad Words and SEO
– Experience with sizeable YouTube media budgets
