Digital Marketing Specialist

An excellent opportunity for a person who has a passion for the ‘art’ of digital marketing. An entrepreneurial organisation, dedicated to developing digital solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand, for online evidenced-based content required by healthcare professionals and allied health bodies.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the implementation and execution of the digital marketing campaigns within a B2B function, in line with the far-reaching marketing strategies for engaging users (HCPs) and customers, working in consultation with the Managing Director and Operations Manager.

You have:

• Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Superior attention to detail
• A dynamic, outgoing and professional personality with the ability to form mutually rewarding relationships with all levels of stakeholder management
• The critical thinking to ensure strategic and project objectives are met
• The character of a self-starter, to work independently as well as under supervision
• Report writing abilities, detailing marketing metrics and analytics of the UX impact of all projects
• Monitoring skills to manage overall membership engagement
• The maturity to collaborate effectively with all partners and key organisations

The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic person who has:

• A marketing or relevant tertiary qualification (digital, communications, or business-related discipline), highly desirable
• A minimum of three years’ in similar roles – experience in the B2B space, a plus
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and optimising effective digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of EDM communications, from strategy through to build and delivery
• The ability to craft engaging subject lines and CTA’s
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, including SEM, SEO, and social media marketing
• Proven experience in building and managing highly engaged online communities
• Familiarity with Google Analytics including building reports and drawing deep insights from campaigns
