Salary : $90-110K+Super+Bonus. OTE $110k – $160k

Summary

WINR Corporation (WINR) is a PubTech (publisher technology) provider with a proprietary advertising solution (AdGate™), developed to overcome the problem of diminished consumer engagement with the traditional online advertising proposition. It has proven global application as well as market-based evidence which is being leveraged for global scaling.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who is motivated to develop, maintain and optimise a portfolio of digital publishers and advertisers. You will be comfortable working in the fast-paced, pressurised start-up environment and be looking to be part of growing something globally where you will be truly proud of your involvement. Candidates must have an extensive understanding of the online media landscape, the advertising community and have 3-5 years of media experience. The candidate must be a driven to becoming a leader committed to achieving sales goals
Working with the Founders, your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities involved with Advertisers. You will work closely with the Publisher Team, AdOps and Founders to ensure success for both the Advertisers and Publishers.

You’ll be working in a dynamic team environment

• Securing media budget direct from brands and via agencies
• Responsible for driving revenue and new business to aligned objectives
• Expectation to generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calling, presentations, RFP’s, and more
• Cultivate relationships with brand and agency contacts to gain deeper insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions for their marketing and advertising goals whilst recommending new campaigns and providing performance feedback to publisher and AdOps teams
• Proactively monitoring results and reporting on all campaigns ensuring quality and scalability
• Set-up and management for monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
• Representing WINR at industry conferences. Meeting existing clients and recruiting new partners at industry events
• Collaborate with other team members and stake holders
• Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients’ needs
• Support the Directors in developing, managing and executing strategic sales opportunities

What you offer:
• Minimum 3 years Sales experience in online advertising and bring a strong list of brand and agency contacts. (Sports advertising is a plus)
• Programmatic experience is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
• Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a highly motivated team player
• PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills a must.
• You are flexible and can adjust quickly to changing demands or strategies
• You have a sense of urgency in everything you do
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
