Digital Media Sales – Sales Manager

This is a media and marketing services company. We specialise in helping technology companies do two things – Digital Advertising and Lead Generation. We are experts and engaging IT Buyers.

Over the past 10 years we have seen tremendous growth and are looking to continue this with a new sales leader.

As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

1. Build a strong working relationship with your team.
2. Review and develop sales strategy to ensure team have what they need and understand how to deliver it.
3. Study the previous stats of the company, and understand the policies adopted by company to improve these stats.
4. Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth.
5. Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
6. Meet the sales target set within the given deadline
7. Continuously motivate the sales team and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.
8. Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build the empire.
9. Overseeing and managing a team of Partnership managers.
10. Establish performance goal for each employee and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the expectations or not.
11. Managing key relationships with key clients.

To be an outstanding Sales Manager, you must have following skills:

• Proven team manager in the media sales sector.
• Ideally B2B/Lead Gen experience in your sales career
• Outstanding Communication, and Negotiation skills is a must have.
• You must understand the business.
• Besides being self-motivated, you must be a source of inspiration for the team – pumped.
• You will have to be enthusiastic and dedicated towards you work.
• You must be good at report preparations, and data analysis work.
• An impressive personality, we are a good bunch who get on.
• You must be able to cope up with stress as working under deadlines is not at all an easy task.

We are in a competitive landscape and as sales director you will know how to successfully generate a sale with effective planning, and implementation. As NSM you hold a big responsibility of making our company stand in the competitive market against strong competitors.

The job oversees the complete sales department, gathers performance data to prepare future plans, and create reports for the MD and Founder.

You will need to be focused on customer acquisitions, and revenue growth. You will achieve the set financial target by doing everything possible in your power.

Salary Package – c$140-150k base (although this is flexible depending upon your experience levels) + super + commission (uncapped and expected to be c$50-60k pa) + tools of trade + corporate credit card
