Digital Media Sales – Senior Account Manager

This is an award-winning digital content agency and media network. We specialise in creating meaningful connections between premium content and digital audiences.

We partner with some of the world’s most recognised TV, sports and consumer brands, including Netflix, The FA, Viacom, BrewDog, Sony, Formula E, Channel 4, Farfetch and Red Bull, producing original and branded content for more than 600 digital channels globally and delivering 6 billion organic views per month.
We also run our own digital broadcast network of more than thirty channels across social platforms and OTT video on-demand services; licensing over 15,000 hours of hand-picked long-form content and watched by over 400 million viewers in 2020.

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the Melbourne team, based in Australia.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Sydney, this autonomous role is responsible for engaging with media agencies and driving sales.

Preferred Experience:

• 3 years proven digital ad sales success specialising in media and entertainment.
• Broad and celebrated network of contacts in the APAC market
• You have strong experience and knowledge in digital video ad sales, digital ad business strategy, digital media planning and buying, presentation skills, strategic sales planning, pipeline management, relationship building, digital market knowledge, negotiation & analytical skills incl Salesforce.
• You’re a self-starter and can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done.
• You have an unstoppable drive to exceed sales targets through the development and maintenance of key relationships.
• You’re well-organised with a high level of attention to detail and excellent in English verbal and written communication skills.
• You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
• Have a consultative approach, we are looking for people that can create long term partnerships with brands through media agencies.
• You place high importance on contributing to a great culture with all our people, teams and offices globally.

Salary Package – c$85-95k base + super + commission (50% of base, uncapped after 100% of your target hit over the year.)
