Digital Media Sales – Senior Sales Role

Please consider the attached role with media heavyweight.

This is a chance to join their Agency sales team and handle one of their most important agency portfolios in the Omnicom Media Group.
(Hearts & Science, OMD and PHD).

Although they already have excellent relationships and key accounts within these agencies, you still need to be able to hustle for new accounts and for increased revenue spend and market share.

Yes you will be a proven relationship builder but they still want a real sales person too!

So they are looking for a candidate who is highly strategic and has strong credentials in relationship building but who also possesses a BDM mentality; while they of course receive briefs, they want to get further up the planning funnel, to help drive the revenue growth they need.

Existing relationships within the OMG group is clearly going to be useful but it is not necessarily a prerequisite, if you can show a great track record at building relationships and business within other similar media agencies.

There is some flexibility on the salary package, depending upon your sales pedigree within these agencies, so consider that as c$90-100k base + super + commission (OTE is 30% of your base salary).
