Salary Package – c$140-150k OTE (base + super + commission)

You will play a fundamental part in the success and growth of the business by doing the following to a high level:

• Hunting for sales opportunities from new clients and developing existing relationships
• Meeting potential and existing clients to identify their business goals and marketing objectives and provide the solutions to help them achieve them
• Driving new and existing revenue to push your portfolio or brand to new heights
• Negotiating and closing deals

Preferred Candidate Background & Characteristics

Our sales people are clear communicators who can articulate opportunity to their clients and have the persuasion skills to close deals.
Their focus is on delivering client value in lockstep with hitting or exceeding targets.
They understand the significance of deep, trust based client relationships and the value of growing accounts.

For this role, you’ll be a confident self-starter who can work independently and, importantly, is not afraid of hard work. Your experience and capabilities will include:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably outbound or media sales
• Capable communicator able to connect with professionals and ad agencies
• Ability to work independently to drive the end-to-end sales process
• A high work rate and ability to focus
• Ability to soak up industry knowledge and apply this to drive sales
• Numerate and able to contribute to accurate forecasts
