Your new opportunity
We are now seeking a motivated Digital Operation Manager to join us on a 12 month contract with the view for extension. This new addition to the agency will play a pivotal role in supporting the agency’s newly developed e-commerce division, supporting our client, a Global leader in Consumer Electronics.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Operation Manager will be responsible for supporting and driving forward the client’s e-commerce performance and .com operations, in order to increase conversion and ROI.

Duties and responsibility will include (but not limited to)
Execute & oversee the day-to-day website operations and enhance Dotcom site features, functionality and campaigns
Address any website operation, guideline and policy issues
Ensure smooth operation of Global and Local projects
Analyse campaign effectiveness using a variety of analytics tools
Analyse website and traffic data and identify gaps and opportunities to optimize content, user experience and keyword rankings, maintain a clear and cohesive story through engaging content
Manage web content (including product and campaign pages)
Publish content on web pages (product registration and site updates)
Perform tasks in the content area of the site – checking the content, its functionality and layouts
Assist in the delivery of weekly/monthly publishing reports.
Liaise and maintain regular contact with relevant stakeholders and client
Understands clients’ products, services and advertising requirements and perform accordingly
Contribute to client meetings and presentations

About you
Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Strategy
3-5 years + previous experience in a similar role
Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris and JIRA
Digital publishing, Photoshop skills and knowledge of CMS is a plus
Web analytics knowledge (Adobe analytics or Google analytics) combined with exceptional Excel skills
Strong SEO content writing skills and experience with social media and offsite content
Experience in SEO, keyword research and overall content optimisation
Digital media (Google Search & Display, Facebook AD) from campaign planning / execution / performance analytics
Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills
High skillset in MS Office
Results-driven, open-minded and positive personality
Ability to work independently, be flexible, and have good time management skills
