An exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation throughout Australia as their Digital Performance Account Manager has now opened up. This is a unique role (there is nothing like this available in the market we can guarantee this!) This is an opportunity to make the role your own and to work with a high-functioning team, and become cross-functional in digital.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our client is a leading organisation that has a very strong digital presence and operation. This position you will be responsible for implementing, managing/optimising daily search, social and display media buys across multiple channels, format and campaigns. You will set bid strategies, monitor performance, identify and implement optimisations daily whilst reporting on the campaign performance. With this role you will either maintain or improve attribution modelling and be heavily involved in communication with key internal/external stakeholders.If you are self-driven and motivated, can work autonomously whilst being in a team environment, have a positive vibe and love what you do, well then this is the role for you. In particular, the way that this team operates is like an agency but the beauty of it is that you are in-house.This business really invests in their staff and there are lots of perks working with this company (with staff discount across brands, gym + lots more).

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set:

– 1.5 – 2 years experience in performance marketing (working agency-side)
– Highly proficient with AdWords, DoubleClick (Google Ads 360) and experience with some of the following: DV360, SA360, GC, Google analytics, Facebook Ads.
– Comfortable with the Google Stack
– Highly proficient in creating, managing & analysis paid search, social media, display, remarketing, GDN, Google Shopping & Video Campaigns.
– Exposure across Programmatic, affiliate, Bing & Criteo
– Experience with managing client relationships and briefs end-to-end (taking client briefs to executing campaigns on time & within budget)
– Account management experience and happy communicating with “clients”
– Analytical mind-set
– You are a go-getter with a positive attitude
– Very results-driven
– Friendly and bubbly
– Experience working in or with an E-Commerce environment/clients (highly favourable)
