Digital/Publishing Media Sales – Senior Account Manager

This well established media company are looking for a senior sales professional to join their large sales team.

They are a leading Australian publishing, event management and technology business.

They work closely with their clients to deliver innovative solutions across a range of communications mediums, including:

Magazines, Digital, Events, Social & E-commerce.

The masthead/brand you will be working on is a market leader in its vertical and gives you a tremendously strong sales proposition to take to market.

The website is the perfect complement to the printed magazine. Updated daily, it provides readers with breaking industry news, also published via its weekly newsletter.

This is a role that requires tremendous levels of organisation, hard work and commitment to the role.

You will be responsible for managing all advertising revenue into both the magazine and the web site.

A background in B2B sales would be ideal, as this role is primarily focused on selling directly to clients but there also media agencies involved and there is clear room for growth in terms of the agency sales direction.

If you don’t have a B2B background but you have the right pro-active and committed attitude to business, you can still be a strong candidate.

Salary Package OTE – c$125-155k including good base salary, super and commission
