Digital Sales Coordinator

Reporting to New Business Sales Manager, you will provide ongoing administration support to both the Sales Executive and wider Sales team to achieve budgeted revenue outcomes to a portfolio of AFL clients, both internal and external. This involves creating digital schedules, developing strategic solutions for clients, delivering outstanding customer experience, thorough planning, impeccable presentation skills and accurate communication of activity across all AFL assets.

The role sits within AFL’s commercial team and will provide support to the AFL sales team with a key focus on digital advertising.

• Provide ongoing administration support to the Sales team across all AFL assets, in particular AFL.com.au digital assets
• Assisting the commercial team in meeting and exceeding set sales targets
• Building and maintaining current database of AFL clients and communicating the AFL’s work to the broader media buying industry
• Managing digital campaigns and reports
• Preparing digital schedules
• Managing Avendio system for all digital bookings
• Assisting the team with weekly reporting of partner campaigns

• Previous experience supporting a team of sales professionals in an administrative capacity is essential, preferably in a digital or media environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding customer service experience
• High level of organisational skills combined with high levels of accuracy
• Experience using excel at an intermediate level
• Experience in powerpoint/keynote presentations
• Highly motivated and the ability to work autonomously
