Digital Strategist

Who is Beamly:
Beamly is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology agency with a team of 160+ people based in Sydney, London and New York, with broader delivery teams across the world. These include; media optimisation, marketing science, content foundry and omnichannel (e-commerce). The Role:
The Digital Strategist will deliver best-in-class digital strategies for some of Coty’s biggest brands in consumer beauty and fragrance in the Australian market including Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Rimmel, Covergirl, philosophy, O.P.I, Sally Hansen and many more! You will be be responsible for bringing digital ideas to life from conception to planning and overseeing the execution of innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven results as a digital planner and ability to solve some of the industries toughest communication challenges.

Reporting to the Business Director of Beamly ANZ, you will:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our brands’ businesses to identify the best solutions for each unique challenge
Full ownership of digital briefs while working closely with partners to deliver best-in-class digital strategies, each with supporting activation plans including paid search, display, video, content and partnerships
Continue to evolve the digital capabilities by identifying new media partners and technology vendors
Define and evolve best practice, ranging from digital execution to brand safety and viewability guidelines
Support local and global senior employees on larger strategic projects as required

You will have:
2 -3 year’s experience planning and executing digital strategies for both brand and direct response outcomes
Ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate digital briefs into plans that exceed business objectives
Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, both globally and locally
A true passion for digital and the ability to demonstrate how it delivers business growth
Experienced in using data to deliver insights and make educated decisions
Ability to work in a self-directed way in a fast-changing environment.
Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, fashion or eCommerce is advantageous
