Digital Traffic Manager – $110K depending on experience.

With at least 5 years’ digital/advertising agency experience and a genuine interest and love for tech and innovation, you’re a champion of the digital space and know how to keep the work flowing when it comes to timing, budgeting and resourcing. You have a great business sense and you’re hungry and keen to learn more. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll have a fantastic mentor to learn from and further develop your skills and knowledge. That being said, it’s expected that you know your way around systems, processes, resourcing and forecasting, and have a really good sense of financial acumen.

Dealing with third party suppliers as well as Creatives, Producers and Developers, you‘ll be incredibly organised, calm under pressure and very resourceful when it comes to making things happen, from WIPs – where your diplomacy will shine through – to sign off and sourcing freelance talent. You should have the ability to navigate through digital media plans and be able to ensure that timelines and expectations are met and stakeholders are up to date with everything important in the smooth running of a project.

Articulate communication skills are a must and working experience of technical specifications and internal processes is what you know well. With a sense of urgency, without being panicked, you’ll be the go to person from the Creatives’ and Producers’ standpoint. A gun with prioritising, you know how to get the best out of your team. Resourcing freelance will be a big part of your day-to-day, working closely with your recruitment partners to find the best talent for the job.

It’s important that you come from a creative environment, preferably an advertising agency digital department, that you are driven by systems and processes and can own the room during WIPs. Ultimately, it’s all about the smooth flow of digital work through the agency. So, your happy to help, friendly, positive attitude will be highly regarded.
